Refund Policy
REFUND POLICY

 

1. Yes, BossPocket will refund the entire amount of your purchase to your BossPocket balance. If you do not want the money refunded to your BossPocket balance, and would prefer that the money be reimbursed to your Bank, request a refund via the customer support.

 

2. Cancelled Orders

If your order was cancelled, the payment will be refunded in the original bank account within 5-7 business days after the service fee being charged.

 

3. Refund timeline

Once a refund is initiated, the refund will take different amounts of time to reflect—depending on which method you choose to receive the funds.

For Bank- Refunds are usually completed within 5-7 business days of the request being processed by Customer Support.

 

4. Refunds to a different account

We are only able to refund funds to the original payment source used to process the payment. BossPocket is not able to change the bank account to where the funds will be credited.  

 

5. Refund currency

If you paid for your order using a currency other than Indian Rupee, your refund will be processed in the same currency and amount used in the payment.
